How long does it take?+
The preview is ready in about 5–10 minutes. Digital editions are emailed immediately after payment. Softcover takes about 3 working days, hardcover 4, and the artist edition 14.
Is the story safe for my child?+
Yes. Stories are generated from fixed, age-appropriate story outlines and vocabulary rules, and every printed book is checked by a person before it goes to print.
What happens to the photo I upload?+
It is only used to guide the illustration of your child — the book never contains the photo itself. It is stored encrypted and deleted automatically 30 days after your order is complete, or after 7 days if you don’t finish.
Can I change a page I don’t like?+
Yes — each page can be regenerated up to three times before you pay. After payment, our team can still fix small things before printing.
Can I get it in Maltese?+
Add the Maltese edition add-on and the story text is included in Maltese as well as English.
What is the artist edition?+
A local illustrator redraws your book by hand using the AI version as a brief. It is a numbered hardcover with limited slots each season, and takes about two weeks.
What are the Christmas cutoffs?+
Each edition has a cutoff date shown on its card. Orders placed after the cutoff are still printed, but we can’t guarantee them for Christmas.
Do you deliver?+
Yes, across Malta and Gozo for €6.90 (free over €60), or pick up for free.
