Privacy

What we collect

The details you enter about your child (first name, age band, appearance, traits), the story you generate, your contact details and delivery address, and payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see your card number.

Photos

If you upload a photo, it is cropped on your device, encrypted at rest, used only as a reference for the illustration, and deleted automatically 30 days after your order is complete (or 7 days after an abandoned draft). It is never printed, published or used to train anything.

AI processing

Story text and illustrations are generated using third-party AI services. We send them the story brief and the character description, not your contact details.

Retention

Orders are kept for accounting purposes. Generated books are kept so you can re-download your digital edition.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email us and we will confirm within 7 days.
